New Provider Application

Each year the US GSK Center for Medical Education has a provider application period for new organizations that are interested in applying to be considered as 1 of the limited number of educational providers that can submit grants to GSK.

In order to apply for consideration, the organization must meet all of our eligibility and performance criteria.

From May 1 through July 31, 2014, organizations that meet ALL of our educational provider criteria are invited to complete the GSK 2015 Educational Provider Application and send it electronically with all required documentation to the US GSK Center for Medical Education. Please note this is not an application for grant funding.

THE APPLICATION WILL BE DECLINED IF IT IS NOT SUBMITTED BY A MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION'S CENRALIZED IME/CME/CPD DEPARTMENT OR IF THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT MEET ALL EDUCATIONAL PROVIDER CRITERIA.

Provider applications that are not completely filled out with all required documentation will not be accepted. There are 2 tabs in the application; the first tab provides an explanation/overview of the application form. Once the application has been submitted, there may be no additional follow-up until decisions are finalized.

The Center for Medical Education will competitively review all submitted provider applications, as well as rigorously reevaluate the currently eligible educational providers, and will approve only those organizations who most rigorously and competitively meet our educational provider criteria. The Center for Medical Education will inform all educational providers of decisions by December 2014. All educational providers must be qualified before grant funding requests will be accepted in the next grant cycle (January 2015).Please review our Evaluation of Current Providers for more details about how our currently eligible providers are evaluated.
